In a special episode of the Boagworld show we discuss the demise of Marcus, the rise of James and the best video games of all time.
I thought I would do something different with my son this Saturday so we decided to record a special episode of the Boagworld podcast. In this special edition we discuss our top ten computer games and bicker in much the same way you have come to expect from Marcus and myself.
We hope you enjoy the show.
Our top ten computer games
1. Bioshock Infinite
Bioshock Infinite has amazing graphics, mysterious storyline and non-stop action.
2. Call of Juarez Gunslinger
The wild west meets the matrix in this gorgeous game that is full of slow mo and bullet time.
3. Portal 2
By adding coop play and a level builder Portal 2 builds on the phenomenal success of the original title.
4. Minecraft
This incredible ‘legoesque’ game allows you to create entire worlds, amazing machinery and survive against the wilderness.
5. Farcry 3
With gorgeous graphics, engaging story and a kick ass hero, I cannot get enough of Farcry 3.
6. Assassins Creed 3
Assassins Creed 3 is a huge leap forward from its predecessors. With a huge open world to play in the sense of freedom in this game is amazing.
7. Borderlands 2
With its unique visual appearance and all action storyline, Borderlands 2 definitely stands out from the crowd.
8. Farcry Blood Dragon
This spin off game from the Farcry franchise is dripping in 80s nostalgia combined with a big dollop of tongue in cheek sarcasm.
9. Portal 1
Portal is a departure from the normal shoot-em-up style of game. This puzzle solving game relies on your understanding of physics and scientific principles to win the day.
10. World of Warcraft
World of Warcraft needs no introduction with over 9 million players. This massive multiplayer fantasy world has been around for years and sees little sign of stopping.
